Ulysse Nardin Imperial St. Petersburg Maxi Marine Chronometer, Limited Edition of 30

Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin has introduced a limited edition Marine Chronometer timepiece, that pays homage to the historic Russian city of St. Petersburg.  Presented in a limited edition of 30 pieces, the Ulysse Nardin Imperial St. Petersburg watch features an individually numbered 43mm platinum case and a dial in genuine enamel with an applied double-headed Eagle that signifies the city.  A sapphire crystal exhibition window in the caseback reveals the chronometer-certified UN-26 movement with its intricately decorated winding mass in 22-karat gold.  Power reserve of the caliber is 42 hours.  

To house this exclusive timepiece, Ulysse Nardin has crafted a magnificent Egg of the Tsars in translucent enamel.  Set with 4.25 carats of diamonds, the Egg of the Tsars showcases the most famous features of St. Petersburg, including the Admiralty SPire, the Rostral Columns, the Arch of the General Staff Building and the drawbridges that permit large ships to pass.  The enamel egg is connected to a marble base via interlinked, diamond-set Ulysse Nardin anchors.

The Ulysse Nardin Imperial St. Petersburg watch is fitted with an alligator leather strap and a platinum folding buckle.  The timepiece features a screw-down crown and is water resistant to 200 meters.
