Raymond Weil Nabucco Cuore Caldo Split-Seconds Chronograph Watch

A prestigious complication joins the popular Raymond Weil Nabucco watch collection for 2008.  The Nabucco Cuore Caldo Split-Seconds Chronograph watch features the complex rattrapante chronograph function, which enables the timing of two independent time intervals.  It also offers a power reserve indicator that shows the status of the mainspring's 42-hour reserve.  Only 500 pieces will be produced, in an individually-numbered limited edition.

The Raymond Weil Nabucco Cuore Caldo watch showcases dynamic materials in its case that highlight the technical nature of the mechanism.  Formidably sized at 46mm, the case is crafted from titanium and highlighted with 18K pink gold elements on the tachymeter bezel, crown, and chronograph pushpieces. The sporty black dial features a checkered pattern, and an applied pink gold colored central structure that unites the bi-compax chronograph display and the power reserve indicator.  The rose gold colored hands are polished, and feature luminous strips for optimal nighttime legibility.  Sapphire crystals are fitted to both sides of the watch, and water resistance is rated at 200 meters.  A strap in vulcanized rubber and leather joins the watch to the wrist.  

The Raymond Weil Nabucco Cuore Caldo watch employs an elaborated ETA-Valjoux 7750 caliber, whose notable features include a column-wheel to control the chronograph sequences; the split-seconds feature is actuated via a pusher that is co-axial with the winding crown.  The balance wheel alternates 28,800 times per hour, thus offering precision to within 1/8th of a second. 'Cotes de Geneve' and perlage decorations adorn the bridges and plate.
