Hysek X-Ray Perpetual Calendar Watch Unites Dynamic Design And Complex Mechanics

The creative watchmaking firm of Jorg Hysek has introduced a perpetual calendar version of their X-Ray watch design, which is notable for its fusion of classical and avant garde design elements.

Presented in 18K rose gold, the Hysek X-Ray Perpetual Calendar watch measures a robust 51mm X 41mm, and is fitted with sapphire crystals. The dial has a distinctive decorative pattern, and cutaway sections which expose elements of the complex mechanism. Luminous material is applied to the hands, giving them excellent legibility. Water resistance of the case is rated at 30 meters.

The Hysek X-Ray Perpetual Calendar watch is animated by an self-winding ETA caliber, which has been elaborated with a Soprod perpetual calendar module. In addition to hours minutes, and sweep seconds, the mechanism shows the day of the week, date, month, and the leap year--automatically taking into account the variability of month length throughout the year.

Jorg Hysek offers this prestigious model in a limited edition 30 pieces. The black rubber strap is accented with rose gold H-inserts and fitted with an elaborate double-folding clasp, also in rose gold, which complements the case design and projects both luxury and wearing security.
