Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Chronograph Flyback M.Y.S. Watch--Limited Edition Of 20

Carrying on its nearly decade-long association with the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show, Swiss watch brand Blancpain has debuted a special watch whose production will be limited to an edition of 20 pieces.  Presented in a casually elegant white color scheme, the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Flyback Chronograph M.Y.S. watch features a 45mm stainless steel case, a unidirectional rotating bezel, and a fabric strap.

To commemorate the close association between Blancpain and the Monaco Yacht Show, the white dial bears the principality's coat of arms as well as the M.Y.S. initials on the small seconds subdial.  A sapphire crystal back reveals the fine finishing of the Frederic Piguet chronograph movement, as well as a uniquely designed winding rotor in the shape of a chambered nautilus.  Equipped with a sapphire crystal, and a screw-down winding crown and chronograph pushers, this limited edition Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Flyback Chronograph is water resistant to 300 meters.

The introduction of this new Blancpain timepiece was marked by a gathering of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, Blancpain CEO Marc A. Hayek and renowned free-divers Pierre Frolla and Gianluca Genoni upon the restored vessel "Over the Rainbow".  To encourage appreciation of the marine environment among future generations, Blancpain will sponsor 50 young students to undertake a week-long diving course administered by l'Ecole Bleue.
