Badollet Watch Selector And Virtual Museum

Geneva-based watchmaker Badollet has introduced a new feature on its website, which allows clients to personalize timepieces according to their preferences.  Badollet's selector service logically presents viewers with a series of choices, enabling the creation of an individualized luxury timepiece. 

Badollet clients begin with the brand's Observatoire 1872 or Crystalball collections, and then select from a range of materials for the case and bezel.  Proceeding to the movement, the client chooses between various mechanical movements, which include a chronograph and a minute repeater.  An exotic palette of dials, in materials such as onyx, ceramic, jade, or enamel provide the next phase of personalization, followed by a choice of strap and tang or deployant buckle.  

As a further step into the interactive world, Badollet has also created a virtual museum.  Designed for easy navigation and a pleasing visual presentation, the Badollet showcase presents a historical timeline of distinguished haute horlogerie, from centuries-old clocks to the modern wristwatch.  Among the timepieces displayed is an important pocket watch from Jean-Marc Badollet entitled "Le Triomphe d'Amphitrite".
