Jaeger-LeCoultre Awarded Goldene Unruh 2009

On February 26th, Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre was recognized at the "Goldene Unruh 2009" industry award ceremony in Stuttgart, Germany.  The annual Goldene Unruh award is presented by the German watch publication Uhren Magazine, in association with Focus and Focus Online.  Winners are determined by the readerships of both Uhren Magazine and Focus.  In 2009, more than 13,000 individuals took part in the voting process.  

The most notable highlight for Jaeger-LeCoultre was receiving a first prize award in the "Up to 25,000 Euros" category for the vintage-inspired Memovox Tribute to Polaris watch, a mechanical divers timepiece with a specialized alarm function.  The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin watch and the highly complex Reverso Gyrotourbillon II watch both received fourth place prizes in their price categories.
