The Port-Royal Open Concept watch case is crafted from either black or white titanium which is given a non-reflective matte finish. Crafted from spatial TR90, the stunning dials of these watches are transparent and offer a captivating display for the time, chronograph, and power reserve functions. This highly technical, modern aura is heightened by the rectangular cutout in the upper part of the dial, which reveals the rapidly pulsating balance wheel of the mechanical movement. Manufactured and produced by Zenith Watch, this self-winding movement is designated as the El Primero 4021C caliber. Boasting a fully integrated chronograph mechanism that is controlled by a column-wheel, this prestigious movement demonstrates the very special trait which has made the Zenith El Primero movement unique since its debut in 1969---a balance wheel which pulses at an extremely rapid 36,000 alternations per hour.

Thanks to this detail, the chronograph can offer precision timing of independent intervals to an exacting 1/10 second. In addition to the chronograph, the Zenith Port-Royal Open Concept watch displays a power reserve indicator; arcing between 4 and 7 o'clock on the dial, this hand indicates on a plus and minus scale the level of tension remaining in the mainspring, and thus, how long the watch will run when removed from the wrist. The Zenith Port-Royal Open Concept timepieces are completed by a stunningly attractive carbon fiber strap which is fitted to a triple deployant buckle made from white or black titanium, according to the model.
