Audemars Piguet Watches

In 1875, Jules-Louis Audemars (1851-1918) became officially associated with his childhood friend, Edward-Auguste Piguet (1853-1919). Audemars Piguet was founded in 1875 in Le Brassus Switzerland in the Valle de Joux, the watch making center for fine Swiss timepieces. Audemars Piguet manufactures ten timepiece collections: Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore, Audemars Piguet Jules Audemar, Audemars Piguet Edward Piguet, Audemars Piguet Millenary, Audemars Piguet Deva, Audemars Piguet Dream, Audemars Piguet Promesse, Audemars Piguet Myriade, and the Audemars Piguet Maserati.

The Royal Oak is a sports watch and features an octagonal design with a machined bezel screwed into the case. The Royal Oak is available with a chronograph in steel, steel and gold, gold and platinum. The Royal Oak is available in a Day-Date, Time Zones, Tourbillon, and Grande Complications models.

The Royal Oak Offshore Collection is the larger cousin of the standard Royal Oak. The Royal Oak Offshore’s case is both thicker and wider than the standard Royal Oak. The Offshore is only available with a chronograph. Audemars Piguet has created a unique design on this watch with rubber pushers for the chrono and crown.

The Audemars Piguet Jules Audemar collection is part of Audemar’s classic collection and features a round case. The Jules Audemars collection is available in several complications including Day-Date, Chronograph, Time Zones, Equation of Time, Minute Repeater, Tourbillon, and Grande Complication. The Jules Audemars models are available in white gold, rose gold, platinum and stainless steel.

The Edward Piguet watch features a rectangular or Tank case shape. The Edward Piguet is only available in gold or platinum. The Edward Piguet comes is available in a Day-Date, Chronograph and Tourbillon Models.

The Audemars Piguet Millenary has an oval or pillow shaped case and is available in stainless steel, and gold. The Millenary comes in a basic date model, a chronograph, dual time, perpetual calendar and moon phase model.

The Audemars Piguet Promesse is one of the most popular ladies watches made by Audemars. The Promesse has a quartz movement and is available in steel or white gold. The Promesse can be purchased with a variety of dial colors including white, black and blue. The Promesse features an elegant tank shaped case with an integrated bracelet.
