Richard Mille Sponsors 2008 Le Mans Classic

Richard Mille returns to Le Mans Classic on July 11, 12, and 13, 2008 as official timekeeper and major sponsor of the fourth bi-annual motor racing event. The brand was a sponsor of the initial race in 2002 and the event, which is a retrospective of the Le Mans 24 hour race, saw much success.

Richard Mille himself will be pacing on and off the track, as he has entered in group 6 in a Lola T70, and will also enter a Matra 660/670, which won the Paris 1000km in 1971.
The 2008 event will include more than 400 cars from 1923 to 1979 in six groups, including unique and rare cars from Talbot, Aston Martin, Porsche, Rene Bonnet Aerodjet and Maserati, to name a few. Also in attendance are 147 multi-constructor clubs and 86 individual clubs such as Bentley, Jaguar, Delahaye, Ferrari and Mercedes.

A 2008 first: Little Big Mans, which will allow children from six to thirteen years of age to participate in a parade on Saturday on the Bugatti circuit and on Sunday in Automobilia Village.
