SIHH 2008: Panerai PAM00306 Luminor 1950 Titanium Tourbillon GMT Watch

The Panerai Luminor 1950 Titanium Tourbillon GMT watch (Ref PAM00306) features a brushed 47mm titanium case, a polished titanium bezel, a convex 2mm-thick sapphire crystal, and a brown sandwich dial with luminous figures.  This Panerai watch is animated by the manufacture Panerai P2005 Caliber.  This hand-wound movement is 9.1mm thick and has 31-jewels. Three mainspring barrels allow an 6-day power reserve, the status of which is shown on a power reserve indicator on the back side of the watch.  The uniquely designed tourbillon cage completes two revolutions per minute and its axis of rotation is parallel to the base of the movement at right angles to the axis of oscillation of the balance.   The Panerai PAM00306 Luminor 1950 Titanium Tourbillon GMT watch is fitted with an alligator strap and a titanium buckle.
