The movement employed in the Corum Romulus Retrograde Annual Calendar is self-winding, and has a power reserve of 55 hours.  Comprising 32 jewels, this caliber displays day of the week, month, and the date; due to the annual calendar complication, February is the only month which requires a manual date correction.  Particularly notable is the sophisticated manner in which the calendar displays are realized--day of the week and month are shown in windows at 9 and 3 o'clock, while the date is shown on the semi-circular scale in the upper hemisphere of the dial.  At the end of each month, the red-tipped hand instantaneously springs back to "1".
