Hamilton And Harrison Ford Support Conservation With A New Wristwatch

The Hamilton watch company has partnered with "Indiana Jones" star Harrison Ford in the creation of a new Khaki timepiece series, whose sale will assist the work of Conservation International, a non-profit group that strives to promote co-existence between human society and the natural environment.  Harrison Ford has served on the Conservation International Board for years, and played an active role alongside the Hamilton design team in the creation of this new watch. 

The new Hamilton Khaki Conservation GMT watch features a 42mm stainless steel case, a black dial with bold luminous Arabic numerals, and a rugged leather strap with distinctive rivets.  It offers a date display, sweep seconds and a GMT second time zone function, courtesy of a self-winding ETA movement; a transparent caseback window features both the signature of Harrison Ford, and the logo of Conservation International.  In keeping with the theme of environmental consciousness, the Hamilton Khaki Conservation timepiece is packaged in recycled corrugated cardboard.  4,000 specially numbered examples will be produced, with Hamilton donating a percentage of each watch's sale price to Conservation International.
