The Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Financial has been an extremely well received timepiece in the collection of the historical Swiss watch brand.  A clever variation of its ingenious ww.tc world time watch, the "Financial" presents the business hours of the stock markets in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.  In commemoration of its success, Girard-Perregaux has brought forth a new variation exclusively for the American market.

The Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Financial USA is crafted from brushed stainless steel whose subtle elegance is contrasted by a polished bezel and chronograph pushpieces.  Case diameter is 43mm, and thickness is 13.40mm.  The black dial features distinctive blue and yellow accents on the rotating 24-hour and city of the world discs.

Animating the Girard-Perregaux ww.tc Financial USA is the proprietary self-winding GP033C0 movement, which features a balance frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour, and a power reserve of approximately 46 hours.  In addition to a world time function with day/night indicator and stock market trading times, the caliber powers a chronograph complication with 12-hour and 30-minute counters, and a rapidly adjustable date display.  A sapphire window in the caseback allows a revealing glimpse of the meticulous finishing details on bridges, rotor, and plate. 

Girard-Perregaux will be producing 150 examples of the ww.tc Financial USA watch.  Each timepiece is water resistant to 50 meters, and is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet, or an alligator strap with contrasting yellow stitching.
