Putting its money where its mouth is, Bozeman Watch Co. has significantly increased its workforce, added a 401K plan, and offered employees a comprehensive Blue Cross & Blue Shield plan with low co-pays that includes medical, dental, and prescription coverage.  Bozeman has also been busily acquiring new space and equipment to bolster its manufacturing capabilities.  

These measures are all equally important, according to Wardle, who collected watches for years prior to founding the Bozeman Watch Company in 2005.  The entrepreneur sees the current economic situation not as a hindrance, but an opportunity to forge a strong market presence for the future.  Wardle continues, “Why shrivel up when so much opportunity exists?  Make a better product, treat your clients with more personal respect than ever, focus on improving the way your business runs and improve your employee base so when the dollars start to flow more freely again you will be in a very advantageous position."
