Corum $10 Coin watch

The Corum $10 Coin watch is a very special luxury timepiece which is both an icon of watch design for Corum, and an immortal piece of American memorabilia.  Like its larger relative, the Corum $20 Coin watch, this timepiece utilizes a famous and highly sought after American gold coin---in this case, the Lady Liberty $10 coin, which was first minted in 1838, and finally discontinued in 1907. 

The Corum artisans create each watch by first precisely cutting the precious Liberty $10 coin into two halves, one of which is precisely machined to accept its precision Swiss quartz movement.  The other half, with the striking portrait of Lady Liberty, serves as the strikingly beautiful dial, which is complete with elegant black-oxidized baton hands.
